About Us

We are a sustainable, regenerative-oriented small farm specializing in cut flowers.  We are located on 80 acres in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Eugene, Oregon.  Most of our land is in forest and meadow so that we maintain wildlife and natural areas for native plants and trees, as well as pollinators and local fauna.  We grow numerous types of cut flowers, including perennials, annuals, and greenery, as well as a limited variety of fruit trees and vegetables.  We pride ourselves in providing beautiful, fresh cut flowers for the Portland wholesale market, local florists, local farmer’s market, local events, and our CSA program, while being as environmentally responsible and conservation oriented as possible.

🌸 NOW HIRING: SEASONAL FLOWER CREW MEMBER 🌸

 

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our flower farm team for the growing season!

 

This is a hands-on, physical role working outdoors to grow and harvest specialty cut flowers.

 

What you’ll be doing:

• Weeding, planting, and maintaining flower beds

• Harvesting and processing flowers

• General farm tasks as needed

 

Schedule & Pay:

• 20–30 hours per week

• $18–$22/hour DOE

 

What we’re looking for:

• Someone dependable and shows up on time

• Comfortable doing physical labor in all weather (rain, cold, heat, sun)

• Able to lift, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Must have reliable transportation. 

 

Experience:

• Prior farm experience is a must

• Preference for someone who has worked on a cut flower farm

 

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working with their hands, and being part of a small, hardworking team.
